Meet Our Leadership Team

Kendall Williamson

Founder

Founder

Kendall Williamson was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BSEE degree and Northcentral University with an MBA. Throughout his career Kendall continually seeks opportunities to fulfill a passion for creating operational and financial strategies and systems, to drive organizations to achieving optimal results.

Kendall first met his wife Morgan in 2009 in the Cecil County area. Kendall and Morgan, with their three children, strive in a simple Christian faith and enjoy spending time with family and friends. They participate in outdoor activities of hiking, biking, watersports, and other family games. They also share a love of traveling around the country.

With a purpose to give back to the generations that passed on the knowledge and opportunities that define our lives, Kendall and Morgan founded Well Homed Inc. after attending the Residential Assisted Living Academy training together. They are committed to the success of Well Homed Incorporated and are very excited about this new chapter in their lives.

Keith Blomquist

Founder

Leadership Team

Keith Blomquist is a business owner and leader based in Cecil County, MD. He and his wife Whitney owned and operated Singerly Manor Assisted Living in Cecil County, MD from 2005 to 2019. Keith has a passion for the quality of life of the residents, families and staff of Singerly Manor and remains committed to the success of Singerly House, serving on the leadership team and board of advisors for Well Homed, Inc. who purchased Singerly Manor in May of 2019.

Keith has a love for win-win projects that convert challenged business and real estate entities into performing assets. Current pursuits involve expanding his real estate rental management company, managing building projects and consulting with other business owners to improve and expand their operations.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, he loves spending time outdoors making memories with family and friends. Keith is currently taking a long-anticipated break from outside projects to build a home and horse farm infrastructure on the property he and his wife purchased five years ago. Keith and Whitney are working to create the environment on their property that family and friends can participate in horse and outdoor activities together and form lasting connections with family and friends.

Keith is an avid outdoorsman and looks forward to his time in the Rocky Mountains each September. Keith and his hunting partners, which more recently have included his sons and son-in-law, are backcountry hunters. The backcountry process of hiking and climbing many miles into the wilderness to camp and hunt for 8-10 days without guide or support provides the solitude and connection with nature that wonderful outdoor memories are made of.

Closer to home, Keith loves helping new hunters and archers get set up correctly and watching them become passionate about the outdoors as well. With many nephews and nieces who share his love of the outdoors, Keith often will spend time with them in his home archery shop or in the woods.
